15 Hours of continuing professional development (CPD) based on the English Attacking Principles of the game
In Possession team focus based on the 9v9 or 11v11 game
Build the Attack, Create the Attack, and Finish the Attack, the three attacking phases of the game
We will go after highlighted players with position specific detail of the goalkeeper, pivots 4 & 8, and forwards 9 & 10, so the spine of the team
There will be a big focus on the transition to regain the ball from an out of possession moment in the game
We will help coaches with their practice design to sessions working on the STEP Principal: Space, Task, Equipment & People and how coaches can reach their session intended outcomes
Player profiling and knowing what you want from your players in the team, roles & responsibilities going into the finer detail of the 6 Capabilities Under the Microscope
Working on the coaches' observational skills and what they see Before, During & After the moment
Coaching in a Logical Sequence so you can be confident that each player has been coached in the session

Warren has 35 years experience in the professional game in England and played for Tottenham Hotspur, Leyton Orient, Doncaster Rovers, Mansfield Town and Barnet in a career spanning over 15 years. He also played 21 times for St Lucia.
He has had many different roles and experiences as a manager, coach, assistant manager,
academy manager and technical director and worked for Dagenham& Redbridge, East Bengal in Kolkota India, the England under 19’s and 20’s national teams & Glen Shields soccer club in Toronto Canada.
He has coached some current top players in England like Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Phil Foden (Manchester City), Morgan Gibbs White (Nottingham Forest), Bakayo Saka (Arsenal), Emile Smith Rowe (Arsenal), Ezri Kona (Aston Villa), Connor Gallagher (Chelsea), Harvey Elliott (Liverpool), Harvey Barnes (Newcastle).

Paul has over 30 years of experience in the professional game, firstly as a player with for clubs including Scunthorpe United, Northampton Town, Port Vale and Chesterfield making 500 league and cup appearances.
His coaching career has taken in many different roles including U18 coach at Birmingham City, U23 Head Coach at Barnsley FC and Manchester City, before moving into first team coaching roles at both Birmingham City and Huddersfield Town as Assistant Head Coach.
Paul has coached many top talents including Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden, as well as many current England Youth internationals and young Premier League players.
